During our recent family trip to Athens to explore the historical attractions, we stayed in a hotel in the Plaka district. The location was perfect for us, with lots of shops and cafes nearby. Our room had a stunning view of The Acropolis, and we enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast selection was massive and delicious, fueling us for a day of sightseeing.

Not only that, but the rooms themselves are lovely, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light and a stylish modern bathroom with a powerful shower. Finally, let's talk about breakfast. Wow! The spread offered here is incredible, with all the continental items you could ask for, plus some traditional Greek treats. And did I mention the stunning view of the Acropolis from the breakfast area? It's the perfect way to start your day.

This hotel is ideally located close to all the historical sites and shopping streets. It’s a short walk to Syntagma Square, the railway station, and the airport bus stop. The rooms are clean and equipped with necessary amenities such as AC, mini fridge, and comfortable beds. The helpful and welcoming hotel staff provides 24/7 reception service and allows guests to leave their luggage. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of choices available. Some rooms have a fantastic view of the city skyline.

Soundproofing is not ideal, which means you may hear sounds from the outside and hallway.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Plaka, a great district that is close to all the major tourist attractions. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the incredible view of the Acropolis from the rooms. It felt like we had a little piece of history right outside our window. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, with its beautiful views of the Acropolis. It was such a treat to enjoy our morning coffee with the iconic landmark in sight.
